A new research team inherits the habits of its first projects. If those projects skip costs, reuse test data or keep only the best variation, the team learns to do the same. We help set the habits, the tools and the review procedure before they set themselves.
Our founder built and led a global team of 21 scientists, engineers and consultants. The aim of this work is a team that no longer needs us: everything we set up is documented and handed over. Staff training is described under team training.
